Resphera Biosciences (“Company”) operates the Service. We use your data to provide and improve the Service. 2. Definitions

11. Your Data Protection Rights under the California Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law’s reach stretches well beyond California to require a person or company in the United States (and conceivable the world) that operates websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals with whom it is being shared, and to comply with this policy. According to CalOPPA we agree to the following: (1) users can visit firstlookdata.com anonymously (when not logged-in), (2) our Privacy Policy link includes the word “Privacy”, and can easily be found on the page specified above on the home page of our website, (3) users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page, (4) users are able to change their personal information by emailing us at support@firstlookdata.com. You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.
12. Service Providers
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), provide Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. 13. Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. We currently do not use Google Analytics. If we choose to use Google Analytics in the future, users will be presented with a consent pop-up form to affirm or reject these non-essential cookies.
14. Children's Privacy
Our Service is scientific in purpose and is not designed for use by anyone under the age of 16 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16.
